The BT4VET Erasmus+ cooperation partnership project has launched its online open educational resources platform. The BT4VET platform is the project's main channel for communicating its results and its most significant tool for building international visibility. It is available in five languages (EN, ES, IT, PL, LV), and all content is entirely free to access, with no user registration or identification required.

BT4VET aims to foster innovation and increase the attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) institutions by equipping them with innovative business modelling and management tools, brought together in a digital business dashboard. These tools are designed to be used and adapted to the operational needs of each organisation, so that institutions can strengthen their position in the market and develop competitive, sustainable and integrated services. In this way, the consortium partners and the wider VET ecosystem will be equipped with instruments that allow them to actively support economic and social development and, where necessary, to cushion the impact of crises and financial downturns.

The general objective of BT4VET is to support innovation and the sustainable competitiveness of VET by building more resilient providers with the potential to become agents of change in the socio-economic development of their regions, acting as providers of integrated services within the human resources and professional value chains of their particular context. The project was officially launched on 27 November 2024 with the first online transnational meeting, which gave partners a valuable opportunity to discuss the implementation schedule and to agree timelines and responsibilities for the months ahead. One of the project's first activities was the development, testing and launch of the open educational resources (OER) platform.

Over the next three years, the platform will be the central place where all the consortium's key results are hosted and brought together; each section of the BT4VET platform is a separate library for its corresponding output.
